Sanna provided a lot of advice on how to compose my meals, how to avoid sugar cravings for example and which food will make me feel full longer. She also gave a lot of advice about which food might cause uncomfortable effects (such as bloating etc.)

She’s extremely approachable and friendly, she is absolutely not judgemental and instantly makes you feel like you can trust her. She follows up and gives personalised and curated advice. I learned a lot from her, things I hadn't known before. She is also encouraging and makes you feel like 'you can do this' and just makes it easy to follow your path.
