I’m Sanna — a qualified nutritionist, passionate educator, mother of two, and someone who knows firsthand the impact of nutrition on energy, hormones, and health.
My own health journey has shaped everything I do. From navigating the physical toll of pregnancy and postnatal recovery to managing migraines, digestive issues, and the hormonal shifts of perimenopause, I’ve experienced how powerful targeted nutrition can be. It’s not just theory — it’s lived experience. And it’s what fuels my mission to help other women feel energised, balanced, and in control of their bodies.
