Now that we are spending lot more time at home, we are baking a lot more. This is a very easy recipe and budget-friendly. My kids love making this - it smells & tastes great!
Delicious Banana Bread
90g butter, softened into liquid
2 eggs
160g organic honey
250g gluten-free flour (we used mixture just from our local shop)
2 tsp baking powder
half a teaspoon bicarbonate soda
2 large ripe bananas
2 tablespoons seeds (poppy, sesame or sunflower)
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Put butter, flour, eggs, baking powder, honey, bicarb soda and bananas into food processor (or use hand blender) and blend until smooth dough.
3. Add seeds and lemon zest and combine.
4. Pour into loaf tin (lined with baking paper) and bake for 30-40min until cooked through.
